Final Steps

If your system has air conditioning, both sides of the coil are carefully cleaned by your technician with high-pressure air.

THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT STEP BECAUSE A BUILD-UP OF EVEN 1/16th OF AN INCH OF DIRT ON A COIL CAN REDUCE EFFICIENCY IN YOUR SYSTEM BY UP TO 20%

Now that all your ductwork is clean, the furnace, furnace chimney and all combustion components are cleaned. The heat exchanger is visually inspected for stress cracks and the motor is also cleaned and lubricated. We test each furnace for carbon monoxide leaks.

Dryer vents also require our technician's attention. Envirocon may be used on the cooling coils, drip pans and other associated air conditioning parts and ductwork. It not only helps control the growth of microorganisms but also eliminates unpleasant odors that are the result of this microbial growth.

Your furnace will now be re-assembled and tested, and then your technician will remove the cleaning equipment from your home.

All access holes are secured with re-usable metal panels and any other cleaning holes are securely plugged. Now you get the maximum efficiency from your system.

Our goal is to have lifelong customers.
